報考SPRAT的技術員們,您若要直升L2或L3請注意，您必需於2個月前備妥工作經驗表及現有的相關證照等，提交SPRAT總部核准之後，才可以考直升。

請填附件work experince form. 填寫表格必需真實不可造假，所有資料必需完整沒有錯誤，SPRAT總部才可能核准你考直升。

請注意，SPRAT希望所有技術員能從Level 1開始，按部就班向更高Level考取，不鼓勵投機冒進行為。直升考試資格只給予技術能力工作經驗及證照均豐富完整的技術員。

SPRAT總部辦公室通知：各位技術員好，今後欲考SPRAT直升L2, L3技術員者請注意新規定。直升考生將另收申請費125美元，並且從嚴考核。

At their most recent meeting, the Board approved a new application fee for direct entry candidates. The fee will be in the amount of $125 per candidate and will be due at the time of application submission. This fee was established in response to the recently approved requirement that all candidates apply for direct entry status to the Evaluations Committee prior to participating in an evaluation session.

在其最近的會議上，董事會批准了一項新的直升候選人申請費規定。該費用對於申請考試直升的候選人在提交申請的時間將收取每人125美元。這筆費用規定是回應最近批准的考核委員會規定。

In addition to the application fee, all candidates interested in direct entry status will be required to submit the attached Direct Entry Candidate Checklist, along with the required documentation, at least six weeks prior to the scheduled evaluation session date. This checklist was created and approved by the Evaluations Committee to assist hosts and candidates in understanding all of the requirements surrounding the direct entry approval process. This checklist has been added to the Evaluator Resource area for easy reference.

除了申請費，所有欲考直升的候選人必需提交直升檢核單，連同所需文件，至少在考核日期六週之前提交給考核委員會。這份直升檢核單是經過考核委員會所編製和批准，以協助考核承辦單位和考生理解所有要求的直升審批程序。
